Delete your VocOrbit account.

How to delete your account

Follow these steps in the VocOrbit app:

1. Sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Account Details.
4. Tap "Delete account permanently".
5. Confirm deletion.

If you can access your account, use this in-app flow instead of sending a separate deletion request by email.

What we delete

After you confirm deletion, we delete or anonymize the data associated with the account, including:

• VocOrbit account profile and login details
• Saved words, sentences, study items, and other synced learning content
• Account-linked support messages or attachments when they are no longer needed

What we may retain

Some information may be retained for a limited time when needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or record-keeping reasons.

• Records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
• Limited security, fraud-prevention, or abuse-prevention logs
• Temporary backups that are removed during normal retention cycles
